RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Safety is always our top priority.  Worn and altered wigs are unsafe and are not eligible for any credits.

ONLINE: Products that have not been altered, worn, does not have a odor, and no styling products are accepted for store credit within 14 days.  Store credit is not valid on any services or care products.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.  To initiate a return for store credit Contact Us and we will send you a Returning Authorization number and address slip.  

IN BOUTIQUE:  There are no refunds given on deposits and laybys.   Once the client comes in for pickup we go over everything to ensure satisfaction prior to leaving.  Once the purchase leaves the store it is not eligible to be returned.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

It may take 1-3 days to process orders for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive Status Update information including tracking.  Orders will be delivered within the time frame of the carrier.  Typically you should receive your order in 3-7 days depending on location. If your order is a rush please contact us to go over options and pricing.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that issues and challenges do arise that may keep us from making our commitments.  However, we ask for 24 hour cancellation notice so that we can open the space for someone who may prefer that slot.  If a 12 hour notice is not given client is responsible for the consultation fee and it must be rendered prior to rescheduling another appointment.  If you have an issue that arises please just communicate with us, we do make exceptions. 

PRIVACY

The confidentiality and privacy of our clients is a top priority.  We do not share your personal information.  Reviews and photos are at the discretion and decision of the client.  We will never ask you to reveal any of your information without consent.
